5.2 Maintenance Electrical Engineering (IH-ET)
The division deals with all electrical faults on campus and in the external properties. Thanks to our on-call service, we are available to our users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to respond to and rectify faults as quickly as possible.
Subject Areas
Our employees work in four teams to ensure that Ruhr University Bochum's numerous electronic systems always run smoothly. The specialist areas include technical administration, medium voltage, conveyor technology and electrical engineering. An electrical engineering team is responsible for the individual rows of buildings: N-row, MG-row, I-row and outdoor areas.
