Ruhr University Bochum relies on future-oriented Energy Management to ensure a climate-neutral energy supply and to optimize energy consumption in the long term.
With the aim of minimizing environmental impact and using resources efficiently, Energy Management introduces comprehensive measures and strategies that make both ecological and economic sense.
Core Tasks
- Further development and implementation of the property energy concept
- Introduction and maintenance of an energy management system in accordance with DIN ISO 50001
- Project development for renewable energies (solar, wind, geothermal)
- Ongoing energy controlling
- Implementation of training and awareness-raising measures within Ruhr University Bochum
