Leadership qualification at RUB
Are you a new executive at RUB? You will play a decisive role in shaping the values and success of our university. In order to create an excellent management culture and to prepare you for your responsible task in the best possible way, you will take part in the RUB-internal leadership qualification program.
The qualification is based on our organizational leadership guidelines and supports you,
- successfully fulfill your leadership role,
- master complex leadership situations with confidence,
- use bias-sensitive leadership as the key to an excellent team and
- establish an exclusive network.
