Are you not sure where your problem is best handled? Please use our ticket system. It is intended for topics such as damage reports, inquiries or feedback.
There are various ways to create a ticket for matters relating to the Department of Construction and Facility Management:
You write an e-mail to dez5-helpdesk@ruhr-uni-bochum.de.
As a member of Ruhr University Bochum, you can track the processing status of the ticket in the helpdesk interface or create a ticket there after logging in.

You can track the processing status of your tickets if you create tickets with the long form of the RUB e-mail address (@ruhr-uni-bochum.de).
