The meetings of the Commission for Planning, Structure and Finance usually take place 2 to 3 times per semester by prior arrangement and are not open to the public.

Summer semester 2025:

• Monday, 07.04.2025 Start: 2 p.m
• Monday, 26.05.2025 Start: 14.00 hrs
• Friday, 27.06.2025 Start: 12.00 noon

Winter semester 2025/2026

• Monday, 06.10.2025 Start: 14.00 hrs
• Monday, 01.12.2025 Start: 14.00 hrs
• Monday, 12.01.2026 Start: 14.00 hrs

Applications to the commission
The faculties can submit applications that fall within the remit of the committee. Applications must be submitted to Prof. Dr. Achim von Keudell at least 2 weeks before a meeting date. Depending on the fullness of the agenda, the Vice-Rector decides on the time of the meeting.
