Finance and Accounting

Finance and Accounting is responsible for handling all business transactions in accordance with commercial business principles.

Core Mission

Our core mission is focused on finance accounting activities such as cost accounting, providing finance statistics, financial reporting, and preparing the annual financial statements, besides which we would be glad to support and advise you on the following matters:

  • Processing of outgoing invoices (receivables)
  • Processing of incoming invoices (payables)
  • Assets inventory
  • Payment transactions (inbound and outbound payments)
  • Financial data import processing
  • Dunning process
  • Access management for MACH-Web, Finanz-Info and RUBmarket
