If you have a hard deadline, you should reach out to us 8 weeks in advance in order to ensure timely delivery.
How-to
- Contact: You can get in touch with us by phone or email.
- Briefing: We will discuss your order either in a meeting in person or by phone (product requirements/ideas, volume, deadline etc.).
- Quote: Following the briefing, we will submit a quote.
- Order: You accept our quote in writing.
- Design suggestion: We submit a first draft as PDF file.
- Approval and printing: Following the correction phase and your approval of the draft, we take care of printing.
- Delivery/pickup: Depending on your commission, you can have your order delivered by RUB in-house mail or pick it up at the print office.
- Invoice: We send you our invoice by mail by the end of the respective month, plus a bank transfer form that you can use to make your payment.
