In order to expand their competences and knowledge, employees of Ruhr University Bochum can take advantage of professional training programs, professional consultancy and individual assistance.
In order to enable this development both for individual employees and for the organization as a whole, the Administrative Department of Organizational and Professional Development offers the following services.

- Development and organization of demand-oriented professional training programs (in German)
