If you discover during the semester that you have not yet submitted an application to use evasys, please complete the application and have it signed by your faculty and send it to: evasys@ruhr-uni-bochum.de and complete the late registration form .

Dates & deadlines

These are the dates and deadlines for the procedure in the summer semester 2025

  • Application for new lecturers to use evasys by April 4, 2025 at the latest
  • Deletion of all evasys accounts including the results of the winter semester 2024/25: September 15, 2025
  • Lecturers can start the online presence procedure in evasys: probably in week 19

Further information on the usage scenarios:

For the faculties and central institutions, there are three usage scenarios to choose from each semester. The choice of scenario is made by the evaluation committee of the respective institution.

Scenario 1: Comprehensive and mandatory for all lecturers and all courses. All lecturers are invited to participate twice by email.

Mandatory implementation must be carried out at least every three years in accordance with §5 para. 1 of the evaluation regulations.

Scenario 2: Voluntary for all teachers. All teachers are invited to participate once, no reminder is sent.

Scenario 3: No EvaSys use. The faculty decides not to use EvaSys at all in the current semester. In this case, no registration form procedure is initiated.
