The gender and status groups are equally represented on the Committee. The members of the Equal Opportunities Committee are elected by the Senate. Their term of office is three years, for the student representatives one year. The Chairperson is elected by the members of the Committee. The Equal Opportunities Officer and their deputies are advisory members of the Committee.
