The term of office for the student representatives is one year, and the term of office for the remaining elected members is three years. The Rectorate's members, the Deans, the Chairman of the Students’ Union, the Chairman of the Staff Council, and the Equal Opportunities Officer, as well as the liaison officer for people with disabilities and the representative of students with disabilities and chronic diseases take part in the Senate meetings in an advisory capacity.
