Are you looking for a suitable location for your event or conference folders and give-aways for your symposium? Do you want the public to know about your event? You want to introduce RUB at the beginning of your event and need a suitable PowerPoint with the key data of RUB, which you can supplement according to your needs? You want to distribute give-aways to your guests?

Event organization

You can book rooms at the Universaal, but the event agency can also take care of event planning on request.

• Contact persons, services and costs can be found on the Universaal website
• In the service portal you will find a detailed overview of the entire event planning process and a helpful assistant

Public relations

The editorial team will help you to publicize your event.

• If the event is of general interest and meets the editorial team's criteria for reporting, you can consider reporting on the central RUB channels.
• Otherwise, you will find information on external event calendars in the service portal.
• You can also bookadvertising space on campus via the event agency Universaal

Advertising material

• You can have advertising materials such as flyers, brochures and posters designed and printed by the brand communication agency.
• For your own presentation, you can download a PowerPoint with key RUB data and other templates in the corporate design.
• Conference folders, give-aways and other event equipment can be ordered from the Unishop, individualized give-aways are designed and produced by the Agentur für Markenkommunikation.
• RUB image brochures and the flyer "RUB-Kompakt" (facts and figures) can be ordered and collected from the Department's office. Write to hochschulkommunikation@ruhr-uni-bochum.de
• In addition, Ruhr-Universität institutions can download a PowerPoint presentation with key data on the profile of the Ruhr-Universität and supplement it according to their needs.

Do you want to use social media or set up an online presence? But you don't know what requirements the web has and what pitfalls there are with social media? Have you heard that you can play an active role in building the "RUB" brand and want to use the corporate design and the templates provided for printed materials correctly? Or do you need photos or a few tips on the highly complex image rights because you have hired an external photographer?

  The Agency for Online Communication provides a guide to the current RUB web design and offers comprehensive advice on websites - from initial planning to operation and optimization
• RUB corporate design and PR measures
  The agency for brand communication provides support for planned PR measures, advises on corporate design for print products and provides information on trademark rights. You can download templates (Microsoft Office, Adobe) from the corporate design pages, where you will also find all regulations on the use of the logotype, corporate fonts and much more.
• The RUB in pictures
  On the image website of the Agentur für Markenkommunikation you can download photos of RUB for your brochures or websites.
• Student marketing
  In cooperation with the Department of Student Services and the International Office, Strategic Marketing is responsible for central student marketing and also offers an exchange event for all employees of the Ruhr-Universität who are active in this field.
• Social Media
