For questions and information regarding lost or found items, the Infopoint in the university administration building is available from Monday to Friday.
Due to the great number of places at Ruhr University Bochum where lost property can be handed in, including the campus-wide information points of the janitorial services, it can take several days until lost property has arrived at the Infopoint in the university administration.
Lost property is sent to the lost and found office of the city of Bochum once a week.
