The Servicepoint UV provides orientation and information to (prospective) students, employees and visitors. Here you will receive initial support for all questions and concerns about studying at Ruhr University Bochum. In addition, the Campus Service offers further services on campus.

    • Information and orientation on campus
    • Getting certificates of enrollment and academic progress certificates
    • Waiting marks and appointment management for the Student Service Center

  • Employees
    • Bicycle box key distribution
    • VRR ticket lending service for lecturers and staff: Ticket booking (link leads to the service portal for employees)

  • Support in German and English and – depending on the contact person – information in more languages
