Knowledge accumulated after two decades of scent research has been poured into the perfume “Knowledge by RUB”; Ruhr-Universität is thus the first university worldwide to release its own fragrance.

On 22 July 2015, “Knowledge by RUB”, the first university-issued perfume worldwide, was officially launched at a press conference.
